We are always more than willing to do anything to satisfy a customer. We also try to make your purchase as easy as possible for you.
Autographed item Returns
Please understand that we are selling you your new autographed items below wholesale prices- these items are being sold at a discounted price, because of your loyalty as a fan. If they item does not specify it comes with certification it does not- If you would like to have an item certified please email mpboxing@ymail.com and ask how this can be done.
Every sale on every autographed item is final.
Listed below is our current policy on non-autographed items returns:
- There are no returns allowed in clothing (shirts,jackets, shoes etc.)
- The hats-beanies-bracelets-and other non-autographed and clothing items have a return policy, but they must be returned within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. There is a $15.00(U.S.) restocking fee for each item.
- You would need to get a return authorization from our office prior to making a return. You can get a return authorization simply by emailing mpboxing@ymail.com and state your problem with the item- if there is an issue with the item- a return authorization form will be electronically emailed to you.
- You would be responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns.
- Once returned material is received by our vendor, we would issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date the item was received.
- If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the *actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee along with any new freight charge on any new item you ordered.
