The Most Potent and Powerful Supplement I give Manny Pacquiao by Alex Ariza

By Alex Ariza,

There is a “Manny Pack” that I developed Exclusively for Manny Pacquiao. It is not sold to the public.

It contains everything I think the champ needs to perform at his best.

I am currently getting this pack made for the public. The deal I am working on is to make it exclusive to my readers and the people that want something that actually works.

I believe I will have this pack to the public within the next few weeks.

That being said, my favorite supplement in the pack that I give to Manny Pacquiao has to be Glucosamine.  (commonly sold in forms of Glucosamine Sulfate and Glucosamine Hydrochloride.)

Now before you go run out an by this supplement please understand something, I have used a variety of forms of this product for years that have been produced by many different companies and I swore this supplement was bogus.

I have waisted more money on this supplement than I can tell you. It never did what it claimed to do. The supplement claims it will help relieve joint pain.

That was until I started using the company I use now. Do you want to hear the funny truth why I am such a believer? I have a 15 year old dog (name Pibe) He is my son. You know what I mean? He is my family. He has been with me forever-we are bros. I have had him since he was a baby and because of his age my life literally revolves around him now.

Two years ago my dog could barely walk. He could not do anything. Could not even make it outside to take a piss. One day a friend of mine said to start giving this glucosamine to my dog and watch the difference. WOW.. I mean my dog jumps up on the couch now, chases kids down the street. He has a life again. I am still blown away to this day. He is a totally different dog.

Not only did this supplement help to cure my dog to have a better life it also helped with my rehabilitation with Manny Pacquiao’s ailments. The ailments that were preventing him from being the fighter he is today.

Proof is in the pudding and we will see the difference in Manny Pacquiao during this Marquez fight in November compared to the two previous bouts that Manny had against Juan Manuel Marquez.

I am going to make a prediction for this fight coming out in November.

My prediction is Manny Pacquiao will destroy Marquez. I mean he will destroy him.

The reason is Manny Pacquiao is a totally different fighter today than he was the last time the two of them fought. Most people do not know the ailments Manny had when I met him.

I was able to devise certain exercises and stretching routines, along with the implementation of FDA Approved supplementation, which includes Glucosamine to help get Manny Pacquiao where he is today.

People do not think about this, but when the champ was having certain ailments with his shoulders and legs he could not practice or train like he does now. Now in the gym he is alway in tip top shape. His health is great and his training is ridiculous.

When Manny Pacquiao trains this hard everyday without pain he is that much better and that much stronger in the ring come fight night. This is why he is dominating people the way he is.

It is because he now is operating at 100%.

When you add the proper diet, the proper workouts, the proper stretching routine and the proper supplementation to someone that was already as good as the Pacman you are going to get these results.

I want to use this fight against Marquez as my stamp on the success I have had with Manny. I was not there the past two Marquez fights. I started with Pacquiao during Diaz.

The best of Pacquiao is yet to come.

Glucosamine has been a big factor of his success.

Be careful and do not buy that crap out there that does not work. I am telling you that there is a difference between supplement companies and the quality of their product.

I will get you guys the Manny Packs, because you guys have been wanting them for so long.

If you ad them to your daily healthy meals, you do the proper workouts and stretching, you will have a much healthier and stronger life a head of you.

I hope I am helping all of you with these blogs. I really appreciate the fans support. I read your comments and see the threads on Pacland.

I am here for you guys.

Thanks for your support.

I am training Julio Cesar Chavez JR. in two weeks for his fight coming up in September. We will get you guys even better footage than last time, so you can see his training first hand. This kid has a lot of heart and I am proud of him. Thank you guys for supporting him too. He told me last night that he wants to be on the site again. He felt a lot of love from the fans and wants to put on a better show for you guys this next fight and also have you take a look at his training.

Thank you for all your support,

Until next time,

Alex, thank you for the very valuable information you’ve shared. Thank you for being so unselfish. I and probably almost all Filipinos would like to thank you for taking care of our pride, Manny Pacquiao.

Maybe, once your supplement will be available to the public I might as well take it cause I’m an athlete too but my craft is tenpin bowling.

More power to you and to the rest of Team Pacquiao! Please tell Manny that me and my choir are always praying for all of you during our Sunday mass service much more every time Manny has fight! God speed!

Thanks for the info. I have also been using glucosamine and other supplements in my diet that have made a world of difference. I have had five knee surgeries, three on the right two on the left. Three of those surgeries were ACL reconstructions. For years I couldn’t work out consistently because my knees and body would ache. I am 43 and felt 63. Now I feel 42. Haha. It’s a step in the right direction. Keep the good info coming. Vaya con Dios, Rick.

Hi Alex, since you handled Manny’s strength and cnditioning, I noticed the dramatic improvements. Did you meant that the Manny pack can supplement seniors too. I want to be more active as I advance more in age, what are the quick streches that are needed along with the Manny Pack?

Comment by goko — August 1, 2011 @ 11:08 am

I was a hyper as a kid with asthma. But then it did not stop me from competing with other kids either in running, swimming or street fights. My family are into vitamins as supplements. I myself got a distaste of supplements. My parents now are at 85 and 75, they still take supplements. But if they remember or forgot to take a dose, they started to frail or panicked. Its like an addiction. Now at 40, high school athlete, basketball varsity, college varsity etc. I still don’t take supplements. If I don’t have any physical activity for months, then ailments and muscle pain will arise. The only times I take vitamins or drugs if I’m sick. I still have a closed full bottle of VitC my mom gave me. Its been 4 yrs now. Now I’m getting fat less work, less activity, less sex. I don’t even take Viagra. I prefer the old method eat oysters, clamps, mussels and a bottle of whiskey(I prefer Jack Daniels). Will supplements makes a reg. person like me better.

Comment by jesse — August 1, 2011 @ 11:12 am

thanks alex i cant wait for this manny packs

Comment by Kpkafle — August 1, 2011 @ 11:55 am

Hi Alex, I know you’ve checked but I just wanted to point out that glucosamine is not an approved supplement by the NCAA unless it is prescribed by a doctor for an ailment, they won’t even allow a doctor to prescribe it for preventive measures. Just wanted to point it out to make sure Pac is in compliance with Nevada Boxing Commission or WADA when you fight Floyd.

Comment by mangosteen — August 1, 2011 @ 11:56 am

Ariza can make this suplement issue exiting ,once that product is out it will sell like hotcakes. Dog owners will buy it too HEH .To make your own suppLements is really great idea. choosing the best quality ingredients only and mix them.

Comment by Jagged Edge — August 1, 2011 @ 11:57 am

Forget about oysters, clams, and mussels, and also Jack Daniels. There is a Pinoy supplement that really works. “One balut and a bottle of beer!” That’s all it takes. Good luck!

Uh Oh….Lil Fraud Mayweather Jr and his cohorts might have already read this…and got them pointers on how to beat Manny. They will think of another demand come next negotiation time. No glucosamine with the random blood test. Did I give him some tips too? Oh shucks!

Comment by John — August 1, 2011 @ 2:20 pm

Wow..coincidentally I have been taking glucosamine with chondroitin since 2007 due to a knee injury and have seen improvements in my workout.. but if the brand Alex recommends is better, then I will switch. By the way, Alex I just received Teri Tom’s book the other day and I’m currently reading it.. Keep up the Great work!!

Thanks for this post and thanks for really helping manny to become a fighter that he is today. But i just have some concerns of his last fight with mosely, in that fight he lacks movement and footwork and even come short on some combinations that might stop mosely. Many thought Manny should have won that fight with a KO had he move the way he moves and put up those dreaded combos effectively. What do you think had caused that subpar performance by Manny in that fight..

thanks…and more power!!!

Comment by Mars — August 1, 2011 @ 2:57 pm

Are there bad side effects in taking glucosamine, like raising blood sugar level? Since glucosamine is a mixture of glucose (sugar) and amino acids, it cannot be taken by a diabetic person like Floyd Mayweather Jr (lol).

Comment by Rocky — August 1, 2011 @ 3:02 pm

I’m old over 50 years old and having a sore problem with my fingers (joint pain)and feet. Alex, please email when your Manny packs are ready for public consumption. Thanks.

Hi Alex! I had been taking glucosamin chondroitin after I had an injury running, then when I had pains on my knees playing badminton daily. Miraculously, both went away, and I stopped taking them when the symtoms disappeared. They didn’t return either. When my dad had knee problems playing tennis (he’s 70 and used to play tennis everyday now just three times a week) I recommended it to him, but my cousin who is an orthopedic surgeon who who did a subspecialty in knees surgery in Germany scoffed at the idea. He prescibed the standard medical prescritions, which were not effective. Later that year, I found out that he was prescribing Glucosamine Chondroitin in the powdered form. (not the over the counter stuff I had been taking)hehehe. I asked my dad why that brand than the bottle I gave him, and he said the doctor said it was a more purified form. Anyway my dad is good as knew :) I have a question though, in your experience, how long or how regularly can you take glucosamin chondroitin without overstessing your liver ? and will it help taking them, even if you don’t have ailments ? Your valuable advice would be much appreciated. Best Regards and more power Alex!

@SEAN.. cant sleep? research on ZMA-5 sleep aid? you take that before going to bed, google it and read about it, consult doctor before anything else.

Comment by Gener Alcoreza — August 1, 2011 @ 4:05 pm

Thanks a lot Mr. Ariza. I think this advise on supplements is worth considering especially for athletes. I play tennis and I am really very interested in looking for supplements that could help me rid of soreness in my knees and joints. It is true that some glucosamine products don’t work as they are advertised. We will surely wait for your product. More power to you and your Pacman team.

Comment by pranzer — August 1, 2011 @ 4:36 pm

Alex, you have been broadcasting your trade secrets apparently to advertise and capitalize on your new-found fame. I am sure that you are cognizant of the dangers you are treading into and that you know what you are doing. At first glance it would seem that you are giving would-be opponents ideas on how they could equalize with your proteges, hence putting in jeopardy their success in the ring. Tell us something about the safety net you have put in place to ensure your trade secrets are safe and protected.

Dear Alex,

Hi. I really would like to commend you for doing great service to our “Fighting Pride” Manny Pacquiao. We have been blessed having him to bring much sought after honor to our beleaguered country.

I am an avid fitness fan and has been a gym instructor (part time) for the most part of my life. I am still at it by creating workout programs for colleagues at work. I however have not crossed that line to be a “real personal trainer” and had no formal training.

I would appreciate it so much if you could advise me on what steps to take (fitness course etc) so that I could do so professionally eventhough I would have limited clients and will be doing so part time.

More Power to you and Manny.

Oh great, now JMM and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are lining up for Manny packs too and gonna use them to fight pacman. Sometimes, i think this site gives away TOO MUCH info about manny’s training and diet. His opponents will probably benefit from learning more about manny’s workouts and other insider secrets that are given away lol.

Can’t wait for it here in the Philippines. Will you sell this on line? or in a brick-and-mortar store? Please provide more details. Thank you. I think you are the best conditioning expert/trainer.

I’m in opinion, you shouldn’t be divulging this type of information to the rest of the public that you say “why Pacquaio is dominant” today. Information such this should be TOP SecreT and put his other opponents privy to inside information that gives them more edge. It’s a big mistake. You should not be telling inside information.

Heck to the haters that think Pacquaio in on PED. JUST STFU!

Comment by angelo Tan — August 1, 2011 @ 8:04 pm

Alex, as a fan of manny, i hope he does not have a leg cramp again just like what happened in the mosley fight. I hope you have already found a remedy for this for his coming fights, thanks

Comment by goko — August 1, 2011 @ 9:27 pm

The Mayweathers can’t wait to lay a hand on it. So they can have it further examined and meticolously scrutinized by USAD. To find even a molecule as a form of performance enhancement drug. Not typicaly a steroid but a PED. Can’t wait for Mayweather fanatics would say. “See. We told you so Manny Pacquiao is on PED supplements.” Morons like those people won’t stop to proove them right.

I hope Alex is aware of everything. Words and supplements, Mayweathers will use anything for their cause. This article is already been scrutinized in the other ends website. Its gonna be posted and debated too in YOUTUBE…

Hello Alex,

I like your column because it is not only informative but educational. First you have the water therapy which transports nutrients to the body, eliminates waste, and helps the joints. Now, you have the six-pack, excuse me the Manny Pack which also helps the joints.

As to Manny’s leg cramps, I think it happened first in the first fight with Marquez. Then in the second fight with Marquez, I believe Manny had a shoulder injury. I was wondering why the leg cramps still happened with the Mosley fight when Manny had already too many experiences on how to conduct a training camp. As a Pinoy, we would salivate a KO victory by Manny versus Marrquez on November 12. But that would only be possible if Manny is free from the shoulder injury and the leg cramps.
