MANILA, Philippines – Another boxer being trained by Manny Pacquiao’s coach, Freddie Roach, recently called the Filipino ring legend a “superhero.”
Vanes Martirosyan is a top middleweight contender who also trains with Roach in the Wild Card Gym, along with Pacquiao, Amir Khan, and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
Martirosyan told On the Ropes Boxing Radio that Pacquiao’s jump from weight class to weight class has been amazing.
“I think Pacquiao’s a superhero. I don’t know how he does it,” Martirosyan said.
“I just can’t wait for my kids’, kids’, kids’ to talk about this guy… I’m just happy that I’m living in a time where there are people like Manny Pacquiao to help you accomplish your goals.
