Supplements Of Choice

Alex Ariza

There are many vitamins and supplements out there, so much so, that it gets confusing. People tell me all the time that when they go into a vitamin shop they get overwhelmed because of the numerous different types of vitamins. On top of having so many different vitamins to choose from they also have a number of companies that produce each vitamin - Confusing!!

I understand this and trust me I have felt the same way numerous times- Years ago I took to studying each and every vitamin I could. Then I started weeding out the companies that I felt chose quantity over quality- meaning they just wanted to produce a product at a lower price sacrificing the quality of the product.

I want companies that are concerned about quality first an foremost.

When you are in a profession in which you train athletes and 1 pound can cost you 1 Million Dollars you have to make sure everything you are doing is the utmost highest grade and quality. What you are using better work.

If you are not aware, not all vitamins are of the same quality after they are manufactured. Some even start with inferior ingredients. Anything to save a buck.

For Instance, take the highly regarded Omega-3.

Omega-3s can be made from fish oils or from plants- Omega-3s have been linked to benefits in heart health, vision, brain function, and immune disease- I don’t know about you, but if I were to want a chance at keeping those things healthy in my life and I decided to take some Omega-3s I would want to make sure what I took was the best of quality.

So I did some research and found out that not all omega-3s are the same- some are made from fish oil and some are made from plants

Then on top of that I found out there are Omega-3 supplements - that are concentrated and some that are not- while the concentrated fish oil can be up to 55% more effective-

Then there are companies that get their Omega-3 from plants- we don’t even want to go there- basically it is just short of garbage.

When we put the Manny Pack (the pack of vitamins that Manny Pacquiao takes twice a day) together we made sure that everything was of the highest quality.

We will be doing a series of what is in the Manny Pack, why I chose these particular vitamins, what they do for Manny and what they could do for you. Also I will be speaking about the quality and why I think they stand out above the rest.

Of course proof is in the pudding and my fighters energy, power, quickness, and their physiques speak for themselves. Sometimes people want to know what, why, when, and how, so hopefully these articles will enlighten people to the truth, behind the supplements Manny Pacquiao takes.

Until Next time,

Alex Ariza

They only believed that their hero is the best although the truth is out there..
the results of judges doing their job. they’re a real expert to judge the real game of boxing. And that’s the bottom line.!!

I Salute you ALEX, for sharing what you have done and share all this EXPERIENCED for us all who needs the EXPERT advices .

Some Marquez fans are still crying over the LOSS.
I suggest taking some sleeping pills or Anti-depressive supplements :)

Alex,
What happened? U said after the Mosley fight, no more running sprints for Manny days b4 the fight (or jogging). He did it again Wed or Thurs b4 the fight and he allegedly cramped up again vs. Pee Wee Marquez. Plus, seems like your getting more & more into the boxing aspect instead of staying with ur field of expertise = nutrition & conditioning.

Hi Alex
I was just wondering what your advice would be on how to become a strength and conditioning coach? I find it really interesting and would love to make it my full time career !
