By Alex Ariza,

Being healthy and physically fit is a freedom of choice! It is only you who can decide if you want to do it or not. Maybe you are content with exactly where you are, but you have a family member that needs a little help. “Change is the only inevitable thing in this world.” Do you know how important diet and nutrition plays into one’s state of happiness? How it affects the boost of energy we are all hankering after?

Here is what I want all the fans to know:

• Obesity is the main culprit to people having hypertension, high cholesterol /stress levels, heart problems, arthritis, stroke and other diseases associated to being over-weight.

• I want people to realize that the cravings you have can be monitored and controlled.

• I want to let everyone know I appreciate all the support you guys have given me over the past year. My health & fitness blogs on “Ariza’s Corner & “All News” at MP8.ph is my way of giving back everything I can to give you the knowledge to live a healthier life.

This is my way of saying,“Thank you“!

You are not a boxer. You’re not a fighter. You are just a person that enjoys the sport of boxing because you like the excitement it brings. Or maybe you picture yourself as that warrior that can do it all. Here is what I know, “Everyone watches Manny Pacquiao because they love the person that he is.” But the truth is Pacquiao is an enigma! How does he maintain the superman like stamina, create muscles without putting on fat, and why is he always in a state of euphoria? I am gonna let you in to his secret… it is because of “proper nutrition, exercise and discipline!” Easy huh!

You and I are just normal people. We want to wake up when the alarm goes off without feeling so sluggish. We don’t want to look fat and we too desire the boost of energy to do whatever we want.

We want to be happy ! We want to look good but don’t want dieting and working out to feel like work. In short we wanna have our cake and eat it too! Tough! Everybody has to earn and work for what they want. Even the Champ has to spend countless of hours in the gym, on the track, hire nutritionists and train hard to achieve his level of physical dominance.

Bottom line is we all care about the fans more than anything else. That is why just like the Champ and Coach Freddy Roach, all of us want to share with you the science and discipline involved in the sport and how “normal” people, particularly the fans, can use this vital information for their own well being. I am more than willing to offer my line of expertise to help achieve this goal.

When Manny Pacquiao found out I was going to do nutritional blogs on his site he got really excited. This is his way of having people on his team really help out his supporters around the world. He cares so much about them and I am more than happy to do my part.

We are here to support all of you who love the “Champ”, the sport of boxing, and all who simply want to live a good life.

For starters, remember your muscles are responsible for over 20% of your calorie use. Your muscles burn calories even while you rest.

I will help you learn how to create muscle. This will help you intensify metabolism.

There are a lot of aspects to proper nutrition, building quality muscle and creating a tip-top conditioned body. As we approach Manny Pacquiao’s next training camp you will be able to catch sight of life changing routines and essential health & fitness facts.

I hope you will stay tuned and enjoy the Team Pacquiao ride.

We are all Champions!

Until next time…….

Alex Ariza

Hope Lil Fraud Mayweather and his moron clan read these tips. These are facts and not fallacies perpetuated by them accusing Manny Pacquiao of using PED’s for being extra-ordinary. I hope Ortiz knocks out Lil Fraud and it will be a final reckoning to his arrogance and uncivilized maligning of the best fighter in the world today. There is only ONE best fighter in the world. NOT TWO. Lil Fraud will not accept that fact by avoiding, ducking and being a coward to the opponent that will finish him off and end his PPV money making rackets in the sport of boxing.

Absolutely Alex Ariza is right, God Bless Us all, Getting to tough sport such as boxing is need a lot of sacrifice and superb body conditioning like Pcman, I am still optimistic that this early month of 2012 ( PCMAN & FLOYD ) will be facing each other a unification title bout, but I will also accept unification title bout between (PCMAN and the VICIOUS ORTIZ ) mark this word it will come.

…Timothy James – we get free valuable up-to-date info about Manny
…Alex Ariza – we get free valuable up-to-date info about nutrition and well-being
…Freddie Roach – we get free valuable info about the basics and advance fundamentals of boxing (check youtube.com)

….How about Mr. Bob Arum? Has he given anything ‘free’ outside his circle…or for any charities or institutions in the Philippines? Or even ‘one’ complimentary ticket for the superfights? Perhaps he’s to busy milking his ‘cash cows’…nuff said…

Alex,

I am excited about your willingness to help the fans. I am 61 and lift weights, boxing has been my passion since I sat on my daddys knee watching Gillette’s Friday Night fights on tv, overweight, don’t want to sacrifice strength for weight loss and don’t really know how to keep the strength when losing weight.

I am really interested in the supplements.

thanks for all the advice and your nutritional posts.

All the best,

Gary Hampton
