We are really trying to get this to you guys ASAP- Our goal date is Monday. (That is when my diet with Ariza will actually start) We are still climbing mountains here for you guys to bring you all the best possible site in the world.

We have done some amazing things behind the scenes that we will be releasing next week as well.

We have collaborated with some amazing people and talents and we are going to be brining you all some incredible footage starting next week.

Things keep getting busier for us and obviously the training of the champ is the more important thing to Ariza, so we have to make sure that is done first.

We will get you guys everything, but we also have to make sure everything is done correctly, continually, with consistency.

Tim

Awesome, i was taking a long time to think and i don’t think you guys should reveal the supplements that Pacquiao uses until he’s retired. His opponents might try and take the idea like scared floyd.

Good day! May question for alex is this. Is there some exercise of diet to get a flat abs? is there someu thing you should be avoiding which gets you a beer belly? thanks and more power!

I was born with asthma but I fought it through grade school and high school joining what ever physical activities or sports the school offers. As far as I remember my coach in track and field and basketball always reminded us breathing is essential to all sports. Now at 40, with a big belly I don’t have asthma attacks of sorts but still aware that its not totally gone. I don’t take any supplements or drink energy drinks except for water or ice cold coca cola. I prefer natural fitness. I run 100, 200, 400, 400×4 and long jump 25 yrs ago. I don’t jog cause I don’t last long even half a mile. I swim 25 and 50 but don’t last long or stay under water for a long period. At my age I spent more either playing pool or poker. Since you talk swimming is the best way to practice breathing and water intakes.
Question:
1. What kind of breathing practices can anyone do everyday without dipping ones self to the pool?
2. Is coca cola bad compared to water. How about a cold beer or a shot of whiskey? After workouts.

Another question for Alex relating to boxing. Since Pacquiao fought 168lbs Margacheato, in your own observation of Pacquiaos physical attributes?
1. Is it feasible Pacquiao can fight Sturm at 160 same day weigh ins and same day fight? Margacheato and Sturm may not be alike or equal in skills but have the same physical attributes.
2. Is it still possible Pacquiao can gain weight above 150 and retains his speed and increase his punching power?
3. On the Morales/Maidana fight, Eriks corner was giving him gatorade(grape or purple color)? You notice that? Is it legal? Does it help?
4. Erik got the stamina, but no speed and power. With your expertise is it still possible to regain his physical attributes. How about Barrera?

Question for Pacquiao. I’ve got issues on my pea/stones. Even at the gymn, I can’t complete one session without going to the restroom.
1. What to do you do before a fight to control youre pea? Don’t drink water?
2. Since you can’t excuse yourself once in the ring to go the rest room. How do you manage?
3. Do you have to act natural? Since your already sweating, just pea on your undies?

I asked this question, because I got a bad experience during my amature boxing days. I also would like to ask Clottey, if indeed he had a $hit issue. How he dealt it and continued all 12 rounds.
4. Whats the myths or no, nos in boxing?

Just wanted to thank all of you for your hard work on this web-site. I love it! I especially wanted to thank Alex for taking the time to answer questions, and respond to us here in the “peanut gallery,” while he is training the best fighter in the world.

In my mind that shows humility and a real sense of respect for the fans. Alex “No Big Time” Ariza! Keep up the good work all of you, and let’s hopefully be able to celebrate another exciting Pacquiao victory on May 7.

Hey Tim! Good job with the site especially the videos and Ariza’s blog. I have added your site to my daily web surfing routine. I used to check Pacland, Facebook and Flesh Asia daily (You should check it out to ;p ). Now I have added your site to my routine.

Good job with the fitness program that you are about to undertake. I’m a health buff as well and would love to be updated on your detailed routine. My advice, make Alex turn you into a lab rat. Try to make yourself lean and sexy for the beach and then do other programs like bulking afterwards or training for performance after each program. I’d definitely follow it. Right now you seem to be 18-20% bodyfat which most people are. And if you show people how to attain different bodytypes here I’m sure your site will be better than men’s health because everybody knows you’re an average Joe that ACTUALLY went through Alex’s program. Keep it up man!

Thanks Tim for the update and good luck with your training and diet. Cant wait for more tips and tricks from the one and only Sir Alex Ariza. I have a question for Alex though and hope you can ask Alex next time on the V-blog. SHINSPLINTS I read the first blog Alex wrote about the Champ, he once had shinsplints. Ive done some research on the topic but they’er are not much help, so what are things that Alex had done with manny to cure his shinsplints (work out routine? stretching excercise?) thank you

best regards Eric Z

More Power to Team Pacquiao !!!

Comment by Bryan Edson M. Yco — April 16, 2011 @ 3:46 am

Hi Alex Ariza! My name is Bryan Yco. I remember posting a comment on this particular page and I was really waiting for a reply regarding my inquiry. For some reason it is not anymore here in this page. I was asking whether it is true that Manny Pacquiao is taking a patented nutritional supplement made in the US that enhances the body’s production of natural glutathione? Reading your article gives me the idea that you have the knowledge regarding anti-oxidants. And you probably know that glutathione is the most powerful anti-oxidant the body has since it is being produced by every cell in the body. I would highly appreciate getting a response from this particular inquiry of mine. I heard that this particular nutritional supplement has an existing clinical study that lowers the Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) alpha of the body which is a marker for inflammation and pain. They say that this supplement is one of MP’s secret edge. Thank you so much!

Alex you mentioned eggs and milk are good before a workout. I used to break 2 eggs to my milk. I felt heavy but energized. Now I drink soy bean milk like “silk” and 3-4 sunny side up eggs with 8 strips of bacon. And spent 2-3 hrs under the sun mowing my yard, before work or gymn work outs. Since your in the company of Filipinos?
1. Instead of regular eggs, how about balut (duck eggs)?
2. Is that okay for Manny?
3. How many baluts?

Every year since 1995 I donate blood to red cross. Afterwards I eat 2-3 baluts and 2 beers. To regain my 500cc of blood. After a few minutes of rest I play basketball for 2-3 hrs.
4. For boxers will that be a good supplement?

Comment by goko — April 16, 2011 @ 11:00 am

Dude the secret to gain respect from friends especially Filipinos. Surprise them in one gathering a bucket or basket of balut, salt and vinegar and a case of beer. Buboy or Manny will jump in before anyone can. It will be like giving loli pops for kids. Your gonna see them drool and chaotic. They won’t even notice a sexy lady passes by.

There are two kind of balut. One is what we call “balut pe-noy”, similar to boiled egg. The other is the real “balut”. Duck egg with the embryo still inside. Balut penoy is a waist of money. To get the right one, get someone who really knows and what to look for.
