Lem Satterfield reports that the potential fight between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Peter Manfredo Jr could be moved from its current working date of September 24 to November 19, which is a bit more interesting than it seems on the surface.
If the fight were on 9/24 on HBO, it would receive the bump in viewership that usually comes with a previous week’s PPV replay, as Floyd Mayweather Jr returns to face Victor Ortiz on 9/17.
