Bradley guaranteed $5M in Pacman bout

MANILA, Philippines – Other than being a “dirty fighter,” celebrated trainer Freddie Roach knows Timothy Bradley as one who’s “tougher and possibly stronger” than Manny Pacquiao’s previous opponents.

Roach also knows that Bradley, the reigning WBO junior welterweight champion, is both young and dangerous. At 28, the native of Cathedral City is five years younger than Pacquiao.

But Roach told the Long Beach Boxing Examiner that he has Bradley all figured out.

“I already have a game plan to beat Bradley,” he said.

Roach, of course, won’t reveal his game plan, although it’s easy to say that Pacquiao will climb the ring against Bradley on June 9 in Las Vegas as the heavy favorite.

Bradley signed the fight contract the other day, and according to the article written by Granville Ampong, the undefeated fighter signed up for $5 million.
